SHIPPING POLICY:
1. All Bulk orders placed shall be processed for dispatch within 35-45 Days and delivered to you as per given timelines.
2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically process For Booking on Monday or on Next Working day.
3. Orders booked during any festival month, might be delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
4. Shipping charge will be applicable on per order or Free shipping on selected products.
5. Shipping charges above will be as actual on the basis of dispatch date.
6. Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customer only.
GRIEVANCE CELL:
1. All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.
2. Pictures of concerned is must.

3. Orders booked during any festival month, Pandemic, Natural Disaster etc. might be delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, halt production, overloaded shipments for delivery.
4. Shipping charge will be applicable on per order or Free shipping on selected products.
5. Shipping charges above will be as actual on the basis of dispatch date.
6. Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customer only.
7. Shipping facility is available on customer's request on the basis of transport, rail or train availability. It is customer's responsibility to receive or collect orders immediately within given timeline from our stockyard in case of non availability of transport vehicles, refer vehicles or train on date. Any reshipment, claims will not be entertained after given timelines and once the given timeline is over, the remaining amount will be forfeited and will be non-refundable. Freight or difference amount of transport after deduction of expenses will be refunded in case of self collection of live chicks, chicken birds, eggs, frozen chicken, fish, feeds and Fertilizer.
8. For Live Day Old Chicks, Refunds and Claims will not be entertained on delay in dispatch/delivery or low production of chicks. Day old chicks will be given on hatch of chicks on first come first serve basis.
