There is No Provision of Buying or Selling Anything on this Contract Farming Scheme. Farmers Needs to Care of Cattles Only. We pay for care of our Cattles only.

● Required Land Area   : 2 Acre 

● Required Shed            : 2000 - 2500 Sq. Ft. (As Per Company's Guidelines)

● Required Facility         : Water (borewell) & Electricity

● Numbers of Milch Cows : 30 (Provided by Company)

● Required Upfront Fee / Entry Fee / Franchise Fee : Rs.16 Lakh Only (One Time). 

[No major working capital investment required to the farmer to invest in our Dairy Contract Farming Scheme for care of our cattles, As our company invests on All Major Required Working Capital investment upto Rs. 12 Crores includes 30 Gir / Sahiwal Cow's Cost, Dry Cattle Feed Cost, Supplements, Medicine cost, Equipments Cost, Doctor's Salary, Supervisor's Salary, Processing Cost, Packaging Cost, Collection and Distribution cost, Marketing Cost Etc. for Contract Period of 15 Years.]

● Profit to the farmer    : Rs. 5 Lakhs to 7 Lakhs Per Year (Fixed Payment)

[We Pay First 5 Years Rs. 5 Lakhs Per Year, Second 5 Years Rs. 6 Lakhs Per Year and Third 5 Years Rs. 7 Lakhs Per Year, Total Rs. 90 Lakhs in 15 Years for Care of Our Cattles]

● Other Misc. Cost        : Actual (By the Farmer)

● Electricity Charges     : as actual (By the Farmer)

● Farming Method         : As Per Company's guidelines 

● Provided By Company : 30 Cows, Nutritious Dry Cattle Feed, Supplements, Approved Medicines, Equipment, Supervisors and Doctors upto 15 Years..

● Technical Support      : Training & Technical Support Provided by Company Time to Time as Required

● Produced Milk & Byproducts : Take back by the company 

● Technical Knowledge : Not Required

● Contract Period           : 15 Years (Extendable)

Note : Our all schemes are for commercial farming only, It is not for small farmer. First check your eligibility with our schemes then send application. Our main focus on products quality, So our company approves suitable farms and farmers only after inspection. Required Facility is not mandatory at the time of Application But it is required before Final Approval.

Who Can Apply

Individual Farmer Having own Required Land at Rural Area under 50 - 60 kms from mentioned city with water & electricity facility connected to road, Who have required facility for Dairy farming and who have capability to pay required Upfront fee / Franchise fee, Who can manage farm, care of cows and give full time on farming & Devoted for maintaining quality, can Apply for this Scheme.

How To Apply 

(1) Download and print application form on A4 size plain paper.

(2) Duly filled application form by applicant only with a photograph, signature and thumb impression. 

(3) Scan application form and send via E-mail with required scanned documents. (Original application is required to send via courier if application approves on 1st stage of inspection. 

(4) Required Documents of applicant and land owner (Scanned Copies) :- i. Aadhar Card, ii. PAN Card, iii. Voter ID Card, iv. Land Passbook / Bhupatrak / Hakkpatrak , v. Last 1 year bank statement duly attested by Authorized person of the Bank, vi. 5-6 images of the shed from different directions, vii. 7-8 images of the proposed farm / Land from different directions. 

(5) Pay application fees online and attach screenshot / UTR number / Reference number of the payment.

Scope & Selection Process :-

(1) Reviewing submitted Application Form and Documents.

(2) Initial Inspection (1st Stage of Inspection) remotely for our various internal selection criteria on the basis of submitted Application Form and documents.

(3)  Initial Approval From the Director / Contract Farming Head / GM / Manager.

(4) Collection of Application Form, Self Attested Xerox copies of Documents via Courier and other fees & charges via Bank Deposit / NEFT / RTGS/ UPI Etc. for 2nd stage of Inspection after Approval on Initial Inspection.

(5) 2nd Stage of Inspection which is Farmer's Interview, Site Selection, Site Verification and Report writing etc. by our team.

(6) 3rd Stage of Inspection is Document Verification by our team and a reputed Law Firm Jointly.

(7) 4th stage of Inspection is Farm Design and Development Planning in case of non availability of constructed Ready Developed Dairy Farm Facility. Corrections & Instructions if required on available ready Developed Dairy Farm Facility.

(8) 5th stage of Inspection is Final Inspection of Ready Developed Dairy Farm Facility.

(9) Final Approval From the Director / Contract Farming Head / GM / Manager.

(10) Signing the Contract.

(11) Work starts within 3 months of signing contract which includes Documentation, Approvals from various govt. departments, Certifications from Various certification agencies etc.
